Refund & Cancellation Policy

All paid plans are recurring subscriptions for online-only digital software. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there are no delivery, return or restocking terms. There are no credit packs and no stored value. Monthly allowances reset each period and do not carry over.

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal linked on your welcome page. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.

Because access is delivered immediately and continuously, subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once the period has started, except where required by law. Unused monthly allowances are not refundable and do not carry over.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel a recent purchase, contact us and we will honour any refund required by the consumer law that applies to you. By starting to use the service immediately after subscribing, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital service has begun.

If you believe you were charged in error, or a payment failed, contact us at support@amafusionuk.shop and we will review it promptly. Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method by our payment processor.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Card disputes and chargebacks are handled through your card issuer and our payment processor in line with their standard dispute processes.
